Members rules and resposibilities of the Wine Club

The member of the Wine Club is obliged to observe the rules and respect business hours daily since 9 o´c lock a.m. till 6´o´clock p.m.except weekends and state holidays. Others according to the agreement with the owner.

Entrance for the Wine Club during business hours – the member of Wine Club and 3 people, more than 4 people is already understood as commercial use of the Wine Club and has to be paid with an extra fee according to the previous mutual agreement with the owner.

During the wine tasting provided by the Wine Club there is free entrance for the member of the Wine Club + 1 person (the others have to pay entrance fee according to the agreement with the owner. Information - tel.: +420 603 454 054.

Drinks inside of the Wine Club – according to the prices mentioned on them.

Trainings, seminars, christmas parties and others including reservation dates, catering services, ensuring services and prices – after an agreement with the owner of the Wine Club.

The member of the Wine Club pays attention for calmness and cleanness at the premisses of the Wine Club and behaves so that he does not restrict the use of the Wine Club by the other members (except reservation days – displayed at webpage).

The member of the Wine Club pays attention for locking up all the systems to which he has access and relevant mechanisms so that possible mistakes could not cause any danger for the premisses and goods stored. The member of the Wine Club does not inform anybody about the entrance codes and informations to the other parties. It is forbidden to lend or to give locking device to other persons. These persons are allowed to enter the Wine Club only under the attendance of a member of the Wine Club. In the Wine Club it is forbidden to move decorations, manipulate with or endanger other wine boxes. It is forbidden to smoke or handle the open fire at the premisses of the Wine Club.

In case of any loss of the entrance cards and keys the member of the Wine Club must inform the owner of the Wine Club immediatelly - tel.: +420 603 454 054 nebo +420 603 483 727.

The owner of the Wine Club will charge the costs for changing locks or reprogramming key cards or other mechanisms (caused by loss or stealing) to the owner of lost goods.

The member of the Wine Club is responsible to check that all the electronical appliances that were used by him are switched off, before he leaves the premisses of the Wine Club and he has to put all the used dishes to assigned place and get the premisses to the original condition. At the end switch all the lights and close the door !
